Quit It provides behavioural tools to support smoking cessation, including notifications, habit tracking, and motivational features.

Quit It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. Always seek advice from a qualified healthcare professional regarding health conditions or treatment decisions.
6. Cost and Access
Quit It is currently free to download and use. We do not charge fees, require an in-app purchase, or collect payment information to provide the App.
7. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for misuse, abuse, or violation of these Terms.
8. Third-Party Services
The App uses third-party services to provide certain functionality:
- Firebase Crashlytics for crash reporting and app stability improvements
- Pushy for delivering push notifications to your device
- Stytch for secure authentication
By using the App, you agree to the use of these services as described in our Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party service providers beyond our contractual agreements with them.
9. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and intellectual property belong to Quit It or its licensors.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quit It is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
